Also available are Database Health Checks (SQL Server and Oracle) and Technical Audits as well as assistance with building Disaster Recovery and Test environments.

SunSystems Add-Ins

SunSystems has many additional plug-in applications that require a separate installation, an example of these applications are Q&A10/Vision, Collect, iPOS, B4B and Bank Reconciliation.

XenArtis offer you technology consultants who are experienced with installing and configuring these applications.

Performance Management (BPA & BSA)

Performance Management (PM) software brings together business process applications from Extensity MPC and analytics from Systems Union MIS to provide a complete offering that can be used to improve operational and financial performance.

Technical consultants who are experienced with the PM10 BSA and BPA applications are available to install and configure them as required.

The service includes documented post-installation tests and a report of all work carried out plus site-specific administration and maintenance advice.
